Criteria for admission to the president’s list as an Arbitrator, Adjudicator or Amicable Settlement Facilitator.

The criteria for admission have been compiled by the SAICE Alternative Dispute Resolution panel. All Listees must comply and adhere to the SAICE Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards and the SAICE ADR Panel’s Code of Conduct.

A Listee, by applying for admission to the President’s list for Arbitrators, Adjudicators and Amicable Settlement Facilitators, agrees to be subjected to disciplinary proceedings if any of the Codes of Conduct or Ethical Standards have been breached.
