Acted as the GCC/FIDIC Engineer in the adjudication and settlement of numerous substantial commercial disputes (local and international). Acted as an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator for several private commercial disputes in the construction industry.

Certificate course in Arbitration (AoA); Fellowship course in Law of Obligations (AoA); Fellowship course in domestic and international Arbitration (AoA). All completed cum laude.

Engineering Technical Expertise and Experience: 
Nearly 40 years of experience in planning, design and construction supervision in most civil engineering fields. Specialist in water supply, sanitation, stormwater drainage, irrigation, municipal and industrial services, including dams, reservoirs, pipelines, pump stations, treatment works, canals, irrigation systems, etc.

Worked as a consultant (director and head of the water division of a large consulting practice for 22 years) and as a public sector client at senior level.

Worked on over 250 projects in 14 countries in Africa, Europe and Asia: South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, Tanzania, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Bulgaria, Russia and India.
