My involvement in Arbitration and Adjudication commenced in February 2011 after being admitted as a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators. I have since accepted appointments as an Arbitrator, Adjudicator and Party Representative in commercial arbitrations and adjudications principally arising from construction related disputes.

I am a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa) NPC, a member of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Zambia, a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa, a
Member of SAICE, Listed on the SAICE President’s List of Adjudicators and Arbitrators, serves as a member of SAICE Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Panel, a Registered Engineer with the Engineer’s
Registration Board of Zambia, a member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).

Engineering Technical Expertise and Experience:

My practice and expertise comprising pavement engineering investigations, analyses, and designs; pavement management systems; civil engineering contract and project administration; Project Quality Control & Assurance and Construction Alternative Dispute Avoidance and Resolution has been gained over 25 years since graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Zambia in 1997. I obtained a master’s degree in Highway Engineering in 2007 from Chang’An University, China.
