I accumulated 32 years’ experience in advisory and project and program management projects across the country and within the SADEC region, before retiring in 2019.

Competent In These Forms of Contracts:

JBCC, GCC, FIDIC, NEC, ECSA Guidelines, CESA Professional Services Contract, PROCSA Professional Services contract.

My experience covers professional services as well as construction contract related disputes involving the CIDB and CESA professional service contracts and the ECSA Guidelines, FIDIC, GCC & JBCC but I also focus on contract law in general and as applied to construction contracts.

I am also a CERD accredited mediator and have been appointed as mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator in 10 matters. I have some experience in litigation related to contractual disputes (3 matters).

Since retiring following 32 years as a professional consulting engineer I have been involved in more than 15 disputes as mediator, adjudicator, arbitrator and legal counsel.
